Creative Youth Worker - South Glos (Part-Time)

Are you a creative professional with a youth work background or experience of working with young people aged 11-19? We want to hear from you!

We are looking for a new Creative Youth Worker to engage young people from the local area through outreach and in youth clubs into inspirational and creative courses. This is a part-time post and you will be based at the Kingswood Estate, South Gloucestershire.

We welcome applications from those working in or with backgrounds in Street Art, Dance and Music. Flexibility is essential as you will be expected to work a minimum of one evening per week.

The ideal candidates will be knowledgeable in their art form, being able to plan, deliver and evaluate creative workshops, whilst also being able to work as part of a team, and support young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Salary: £23,866 per annum FTE (£11,933 pro rata)

Grade: 2.3

Hours: 20 hours per week
