Creative Manager
This exciting and dynamic role will have the opportunity to work with youth work, managers and colleagues to respond to young people’s needs.
This exciting and dynamic role will have the opportunity to work with youth work,
managers and colleagues to respond to young people’s needs, shaping delivery and
embedding creativity throughout the organisation through direct delivery in
communities with young people whilst developing and delivering programmes and
routes for them to flourish and progress. This role will oversee the journey of a young
person at Creative Youth Network where creativity starts as a tool and becomes a
career.
Responsibility:
You will be expected to carry out tasks such as:
-Delivering creative activities to young people aged between 10-25.
-Producing an inclusive and exciting programme for people from marginalised
backgrounds.
-Working with youth work managers and colleagues implementing creative delivery and delivering programmes.
-Promoting a safe working environment in line with policies on Health and Safety and highlighting deficiencies to the line manager.
-Safeguarding the wellbeing of Children.
