Communications Manager

We have an exciting opportunity and are now recruiting a new Communications Manager. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as we deliver a new business plan and a dynamic cultural programme.
This is genuinely exciting time to join the organisation as from April 2023 a new business plan is introducing new commercial activities to balance our cultural programming at GHT, we have recently secured new Arts Council funding for three years (2023 – 2026) and will shortly begin working on a new NLHF funded projects. We are a small and dedicated team with the role of Communications Manager being an important member and we look forward to welcoming a new colleague into the team.
An experienced professional with marketing and communication skills, a strong work ethic and an enthusiasm for team dynamics is required to manage the charities communications. The role is responsible for developing and implementing communication plans to reach target audiences and building awareness of our activities. A key element to the role is the ability to work with colleagues and meet the organisations commercial aspirations through developing communications that drive sponsorships, sales, private hires and ticketed events.
