BRICKWORKS AT CAST | OPPORTUNITIES
Rosanna Martin is looking for enthusiastic and experienced artists/ceramicists to join her team as tutors and technicians at Brickworks at CAST.
We’re excited to see Rosanna Martin’s plans for Brickworks at CAST beginning to take shape, with the ceramics studio now intended to be twice the original planned size. The new two room layout will allow greater flexibility for membership and independent makers alongside workshops. Equipment is beginning to arrive on site and we hope to be able to announce dates for the first taster sessions in June.
Rosanna is now looking for enthusiastic and experienced artists/ceramicists to join her team as tutors and technicians. There are a number of positions available: all will be on a part-time freelance basis with flexible hours to be confirmed on appointment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience working with clay
- Good communication skills with a desire to work with people and share knowledge
- Practical with an ability to work under own initiative
- Understanding of health and safety
- Willingness to maintain best practice in the studio environment with regard to cleanliness
- Keen to be part of a creative community at CAST
