Arts Together West Hub Manager
We are seeking a freelance Hub Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon groups.

For over 20 years the charity Arts Together has been running artist led groups for older people in Wiltshire to creatively combat the negative impact of loneliness and isolation.
Our groups meet weekly during school terms in Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Devizes, Melksham, Pewsey and Marlborough. For our group members we provide specialist transport, accessible local venues, accredited carers, freshly cooked lunches and projects led by talented artists. Above all, our groups are made possible by our fantastic regular volunteers who are there each week to support our members.
We are seeking a freelance Hub Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon groups. This is predominantly a work from home position, travelling to and supporting groups in person when required. The Hub Manager is not expected to be at each group meeting, but ensures that everything is organised for every session, monitors and evaluates provision and ensures that each member gets the support they need to attend.
If you are a caring, organised, people-person, with experience of managing groups, volunteers and your own time, this could be the job for you!
Contract commences on September 4th, 2023.
420 hours per year for a freelance fee of £9,660 plus travel allowance of £300 per annum based on 45p per mile.
