What You Get
Three Weeks Showcasing Your Work
All of our exhibitions are three weeks in duration and we do not charge for the hanging and setup period. That's three weeks for audiences to discover, return and buy.
Full Exhibition Setup, Hang & Curation
You drop off the work and we do the rest! When you deliver your work we'll make sure we've got any notes from you on how you want the exhibition to look and which works you want to really highlight, and then we'll get to work hanging and curating it to show your art at its best.
This includes all labelling, signage, and standard display equipment we hold, with the option to include any of your own resources as well, and we can even help design bespoke solutions for installations or works with non-standard display. For standard exhibitions, all "making good" is handled by us and there are no fees for reset maintenance.
Full Stewarding
We fully staff and run your exhibition with no stewarding obligations to tie you down. We understand that taking time out to man an exhibition can be restrictive and may make the prospect of exhibitting your work unachievable. So we take on this role but still give you the option to promote "artist days" or other events where you can be available in the venue to meet audiences.
Standard exhibition openings are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm with the option to add on additional activity or arrange exclusive viewings for clients and buyers.
Exhibition Preview
Every exhibition launches with a Artist Preview evening on the first Friday as a chance for you to invite your existing audience for a VIP evening viewing. We'll provide the drinks, photographer and venue staff, so that you can focus on enjoying the night and meeting your supporters.
Standard launches include a range of alcoholic and soft drinks options and run from 18:00-20:00, but variations can be made to suit your needs.
Marketing, Promotion and Design Packs
We carry out extensive online, print and out of home marketing for all our exhibitions including:
Online exhibition page with full e-commerce listings
Events listings on industry and tourism sites
Minimum 2 newsletters during your exhibition
Social media posts on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter including at least one Instagram Reel
Press releasing to key local and regional press contacts
Inclusion as part of general promotion in regular print publications
Inclusion as part of regular door to door campaigns in key postcode areas
We also design and provide bespoke materials for your own use to make it easy for you to promote your exhibition to your audience and on your channels. These include:
A4, A3 and A1 posters for print and online use
Social media squares and banners for common platforms
Exhibition pamphlet
Press release copy (on request)
Preview invite copy (on request)
Exhibition catalogue (on request for an additional fee)
Other bespoke materials for your specific needs.
Exhibition Photography & Videography
Every exhibition is fully documented with photography, and with the recent growth in social media video content, also videography. High resolution photos of the exhibition and artist preview will be provided following the launch night in a range of formats for use in print and digital promotion, and we'll also provide copies of any video content for you to share on your platforms.
