We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our team for the next year. The post-holder will be responsible for the planning, promoting, administering, and delivering next year's Art Weeks Festival event.
SAW initiate a wide range of projects in a variety of settings, working in partnership with other arts and non-arts organisations, supporting the artists who enrich our lives. We work to increase public engagement, weaving together communities and raising the profile of the vibrant contemporary visual, digital and applied arts scene in Somerset.
The successful applicant will have to be a good communicator and effective fundraiser. They will need coordination skills and also be passionate about the arts. We can offer an interesting place to work, with opportunities to gain a wide and varied range of experience.
It also provides a unique opportunity to work with an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation in Somerset.
Location: Remote working predominantly but includes regular contact with the team.
Our work is across Rural Somerset, and we require you to be mobile (own transport) and willing to travel.
