Alternative Learning Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

This role will oversee the co-ordination of the programmes for young people at risk of disengaging in school and who are not in employment, education or training. This will involve promoting and liaising with a range of agencies, including schools across BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire), as well as involvement in developing our role and relationships with other organisations on the ALP framework and within Bristol attending panel meetings and surgeries on a regular basis to develop and promote our offer, as well as direct liaison with schools and education settings to set up delivery and promote the offer to them. Including artist lead programmes in schools, 1-2-1 youth work provision, early intervention small group and spot purchase delivery of ALP programmes and a transitions programme.
