You’ll get to learn whilst you’re with us, engaging with our partners across the cultural sector. This may be your first role after studying – or perhaps it’ll be a sideways step in your career. Either way, we’re really keen to hear from you.
Salary: £20,319 pro rata (Real Living Wage)
Location: Based at the Little Keep in Dorchester, with some travel required. Some flexibility for hybrid working.
Work Pattern: 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours); usually Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Duration: These are a one-year fixed-term roles, covering September 2023-August 2024
Reports to: Administration Intern: General Manager, Communications Intern: Communications Lead
Notice Period: One month Probation Subject to a one month probationary period
Pension: Personal Pension with an employer contribution Member of the NEST Pension Scheme
Holidays: Annual leave entitlement of 30 working days plus bank holidays, prorated to a 0.6 FTE
Additional Benefits: Parking at The Little Keep in Dorchester and yearly individual allowance for Continuing Professional Development
