Trigger are seeking an Admin & Finance Assistant to support our Finance & Operations Team.
This role will provide an exciting first step towards your career in the arts, gaining valuable knowledge of the inner workings of a dynamic and inclusive arts charity producing relevant work nationally and across our home in North Somerset.
This diverse and varied role will see you develop a suite of foundation skills across finance, including book-keeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing and budgeting; Company operations including building and office management, insurance, utilities, IT and administration including fundraising, recruitment, evaluation, data analysis and research.
Working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager, the Admin & Finance Assistant provides vital administrative support to the full Trigger team ensuring all activities and the day to day running of the company is working as efficiently as possible.
You will thrive in admin processes and have a willingness to learn. You will enjoy working with others and offering support to the full team, using your own initiative to prioritise and methodically complete tasks.
Summary of Terms:
Salary: £24,500 pa
Contract: Full time
Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, some evening or weekend work may be required and Trigger offer a TOIL policy
Place of Work: Core office days Tues - Thurs at The Old Post Office, High Street, Blagdon, BS40 7RA, Mondays and Fridays working from home
