Artist and Artistic Director/CEO of DASH (Disability Arts Shropshire) Heather Peak will be conducting individual mentoring sessions for artists with a public art interest and visual arts practice.

There are two places available to artists no longer in full time education, meetings will take place online at the end of June at a time agreed by the participants.

The sessions are for artists who identify as disabled/neurodivergent/chronically ill and who are no longer in full time education. This opportunity is for artists based in Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare, this is because the funding for the programme is from the West of England Visual Arts Alliance.

If you are interested in an 121, please send an email and CV to info@vasw.org.uk (deadline 1st June) confirming that you meet the criteria and briefly outlining why the session would be useful to you (100-200 words). Please use ‘Heather Peak 121’ as the email subject. You can also record an expression of interest by video and send via a private YouTube link.

Location: Online, details to be provided.
Booking: by email, see above
Email deadline: 1st June

Access needs will be discussed with the selected artists. If you have any access needs related to submitting an expression of interest, please contact lucy@vasw.org.uk.
