Dartington Trust

Dartington Trust is a charity delivering progressive learning programmes in the arts, ecology and social justice. Through our departments at Schumacher College and Dartington Arts School we offer a unique model of learning-by-doing, using experiential approaches to encourage positive, life-changing learning for our students and community through postgraduate and undergraduate degrees, and short courses. With a focus on regenerative thinking, all our courses are designed to support students to develop the skills they need to help resolve the social and climate crises of our time. Our beautiful 1,200-acre estate on the banks of the River Dart is a testing ground for many innovative projects, from agroforestry experiments to small scale enterprises, arts festivals and residencies, and we are also a vibrant year-round visitor destination.
