The arts development team will lead transformational change through the development of a Cultural Infrastructure Plan that aims to create more spaces for visual artists across the city. To do this, they will work internally within key departments, such as property and planning, and externally with the business improvement districts and West of England Combined Authority. Their aim will be to embed this work in emerging policy and strategy, including the One City Plan, WECA Place making charter and the WECA Cultural Strategy.
