Ashburton Arts Centre

Ashburton Arts Centre is a community-owned and run venue located in the heart of Ashburton, Devon. It is a vibrant, well-regarded hub for arts and community life in the South Dartmoor area, hosting a diverse programme. It occupies a converted heritage building — the town’s old Methodist Church which the community purchased in 2017 and which opened as an arts centre in 2018. The venue is widely praised for its warm atmosphere and excellent acoustics, with The Guardian describing it as “one of the best small live music venues in the UK”.
