Its Not Your Birthday But

Our work happens wherever people are, from healthcare to education, to secure and community settings. Co-creation and collaboration are central to our practice. We work alongside people to improve the places and spaces they live in, work in, or visit. Our work is built on the Creative Health Quality Framework. We support people to create and express themselves in ways that are helpful to them as experts in their own lives and celebrate their creativity. Creativity as a focus of positivity and change for our community can help find new and better ideas; it presents ways to centre equity where all ideas are welcomed, respected and heard. Creativity is a positive tool to support better mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster a sense of purpose and belonging. It can also provide skills which support routes to education and employment, and builds confidence which enables people to explore new opportunities and feel less isolated. We were established in 2016 and are a not-for-profit organisation based in East Molesey in Surrey. We work predominantly in London, Surrey and South-East England.
