Arts University Plymouth Charitable Trust
We support Arts University Plymouth by enabling access to creative learning. We help university students & young people around the Plymouth area.
The Arts University Plymouth Charitable Trust (Registered Charity: 1118878) is the University’s dedicated Charitable Trust. Our mission is to support current and future students of the University, along with children and young people within the wider Plymouth area to enable access to, and development within, creative learning. We are committed to supporting young creatives and helping them gain access to art learning and facilities.
Initiatives include supporting the Arts University Plymouth’s Young Arts programme, Degree Show Awards and the Students' Union Food Bank. Each year, the Trust supports the University students, donating money to provide materials and sponsor awards at their final, end of course show. The trust donates money to help the work of the Saturday Arts Club, which provides 15 & 25 week courses to 9 to 15 year olds. Saturday Arts Club is a catalyst for learning, while shaping the artists, makers and creative thinkers of the future, and supporting education and social development.
