The George

This community hub has a lovely cafe and holds events alongside a gallery. Run mostly by volunteers, we encourage artists to apply and are particularly interested in issue-led shows. A modest service charge of £18 per day per show is payable and 25% commission on sales. You will need to steward the exhibition and process your own marketing. We provide marketing amplification and a hanging system. The gallery is open 11am-4pm Tuesday to Saturday. We can provide some volunteer help and advice too.
