Deadline Sunday 31 March 2019

Calling artists interested in working with others with natural materials and the environment.

organicARTS are offering the opportunity for artists to join them for Farm Creativity Walks.

This will involve the 4 Tuesday mornings in April between 10am and 12.30. We ask for a commitment to at least 3 sessions but hope you will want to come to all of them.

The sessions will involve a walk around the farm stopping to either do a creative activity or gather materials to take to the studio for a creative activity, dependent on the weather and the activity.

The first session will be led by organicARTS’ artists, for the other 3 sessions we will ask individual artists to run a creative activity for half an hour for everyone else (we can offer £20 to artists for doing these)

Our long term aim is to get more artists involved in organicARTS and the following are potential involvement possibilities (more details to be given at sessions):

  • future Farm Creativity Walks (funded)
  • workshops to make artefacts with people in recovery (funding applied for)
  • support with running your own workshops
  • running monthly workshops with our current artists (funding dependent on attendance)

Please let us know if you are interested and why (in case we need to limit numbers) or if you want further details at [email protected]
