Saturday, October 15th (9:15am-5pm), Tutor Anne Drew (Cymbal knit) - Tickets, £75

An amazing and unique opportunity to learn how a circular sock knitting machine works and to make a pair of socks on a genuine vintage machine.

You will be given stage by stage instructions and support, all of the materials and equipment are included in the cost

You will also learn some of the history behind socks and circular sock knitting machines.

We can guarantee an enlightening and fun experience. We can’t guarantee ladder free socks though! Circular sock knitting machines do have their challenges and at an introductory level you may find you drop a few stitches along the way! Some of these can be picked up during the process others may need knitting in once the sock is complete. It is likely that you will need to sew your sock up after the event.

Check out Anne’s website for more information on socks and the sock knitting machines, socksbycymbal.co.uk

Lunch, tea, biscuits are all included.
