This workshop offers an opportunity to experiment with several alternative techniques to producing a photographic image. At least one of the processes will be entirely organic, using materials such as flowers and vegetables to replace the chemicals used in the photographic process. Anthotypes and Cyanotypes were photography techniques invented by Sir John Herschel in the mid 19th Century and in recent years a number of artists have revisited these and other camera-less photography processes.  This workshop will include both of these processes as well as other experimental techniques.
