Study the techniques used by Denis Reed, artist and patient in the 1950s, to gain an insight into composition. You will be looking at the museum exhibits and the beautiful 1881 church in which it is housed. Explore the eclectic collection to develop your own drawng and capture your experience of the day.

The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as experienced artists. Caroline Pringle will lead the sessions and share her on-site sketching method to enable you to develop your own way of refining your sketching focus with brushpens and wash over a light pencil line.

The cost of the workshops is £20 each, including refreshments.
