An Exhibition by Emily Dunlop
9th – 31st August.
8th August - Private View
Emily’s solo exhibition ‘Dead-Head’ will playfully investigate humans impact on the environment. Inspired by working as a gardener, she will use film, interactive installations and drawings to illustrate her experiences and empathy towards nature.
Emily’s practice explores organic materials entangled with technology. Combined together, interactive installations are produced. Emily’s aim is to engage the audience in reconsidering the way we view our actions in the world today. Our treatment of nature is immediately brought to the fore. She questions humans negligence of nature and the careless destruction of the environment.
