CVAN Audience Finder launch event

Spike Island, Bristol, 2-4pm

Thursday 06 February 2014

Audience Finder is an ACE funded national programme. Through a series of art form and geographic clusters, Audience Finder will enable cultural organisations to collect and apply audience insight.
The programme is free for NPOs  (costs £500 for non-NPOs) and through it you will get:
  • A robust picture of your visitors - who they are, where they come from, why they attend and what they think about the experience
  • Practical support to use this information in your reporting, advocacy, business planning and marketing
  • There is also the opportunity - if enough galleries sign up - for CVAN nationally to create an unrivalled picture of the engagement patterns and audience impacts of contemporary visual arts  across England - invaluable for  your advocacy.
  • This meeting will be a chance to:
  • Find out more about how CVAN Audience Finder will work in your region
  • Find out more about the national potential
  • Answer questions about how it fits with other similar work you might be doing
  • Find out how non NPO's can access funding to join the programme
  • Sign up to the programme
  • Agree and plan next steps
CVAN Audience Finder will help the gallery sector as a whole collect evidence from your audiences for the key messages you need for your advocacy and influencing. Providing you with evidence of your reach, your impacts and your contribution so you can  tell your story effectively to funders and influencers - at a national and regional level.
If you are already involved in an Audience Finder  geographic cluster its doesn't mean having two questionnaires, it simply means adding a small number of CVAN specific questions to your survey.
Please confirm your place to [email protected] by 23.1.14
