Suitable for young creatives aged 11 to 14. Price includes Arts Award Bronze activity booklet, all materials and the final certificate. Be inspired, create your own objects and designs, find out about artists and makers and share skills to achieve a Bronze Arts Award at RAMM. Work with various artists and experiment with materials to create your own artworks inspired by Philip Henry Gosse’s accurate scale drawings of sea life and attractive chalk and collage art pieces. Bronze Arts Award is a Level 1 qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and a perfect stepping stone from the Explore Arts Award level. It is also a creative and fun way to find out about RAMM and its collections! Each young person will collect evidence for their Bronze Arts Award in an individual art sketchbook to show their experiences of: • Actively participating in a couple of different art forms at RAMM • Attending at an arts event as an audience member • Researching the career and work of an artist • Sharing an arts skill with others Each day will offer something different, from traditional art forms such as sketching to digital art. Up to 12 spaces available.
