Learn how to construct books turning printed materials into 3D structural forms contained within their own bindings.  Using additive monotype printing and structural paper engineering to produce freestanding books and pamphlets of sequential imagery.  Utilising hand cut type forms and collage printmaking, learn how to compose the matrix to print from.  The course tutor, Guy Begbie, will cover a combination of 2D and 3D surface print and 3D construction - by the end of the course participants will be able to take home their own freestanding sculptural book work.
