Studio Upstairs

Studio Upstairs supports creative and personal recovery through arts practice. It is an artists' studio and therapeutic community that provides resources and support to adults who are experiencing mental and emotional distress or those in substance recovery. Our unique holistic practice is informed by a fusion of contemporary philosophical, educational, artistic and psychoanalytic theories.
