Hauser & Wirth Somerset

Hauser & Wirth Somerset is a pioneering world-class gallery and multi-purpose arts centre, which acts as a destination for experiencing art, architecture and the remarkable Somerset landscape through new and innovative exhibitions of contemporary art. In addition to the gallery, Hauser & Wirth Somerset offers locally-sourced produce at the Roth Bar & Grill, an on-site restaurant focused on honest, British food. You can even stay on site at Durslade Farmhouse, a six-bedroom guesthouse located at the heart of the site, sensitively restored by architect Luis Laplace and Hauser & Wirth in 2012.

The gallery exhibition programme offers an extensive variety of events and learning opportunities inspired by the exhibitions, countryside and the local community, and is accompanied by an active artists’ residency programme. The centre also provides resources including a library and bookshop, an estate shop filled with Durslade Farm produce and a landscaped meadow designed by Piet Oudolf.

Hauser & Wirth Somerset is open with free admission to the public, six days per week, throughout the year.
