Dartmoor Arts Project

Dartmoor Arts is an artist-led organisation based in Drewsteignton, on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon. We host a busy and innovative summer school week every July, for artists, architects and performers. We also offer an exciting programme of evening talks by contemporary artists, writers and thinkers during the summer school and throughout the year.  Recent speakers include Paul Granjon, Claude Heath, Zoe Laughlin from the Institute of Making, Chrystel Lebas, Phoebe Unwin, Harrison & Wood, Laura Ford, David Nash and Susan Derges. Artists have the chance to develop ambitious projects and ideas and get to work alongside established practising professionals. Our Spatial Structures course is the only one of its kind currenly on offer for young architects. We also have a bursary scheme.
