Bristol-based arts organisation and charity Knowle West Media Centre is looking to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager.
With specific responsibility for billing trading activities, supporting the grant funding process, and overseeing financial processes such as accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and statutory returns, the role is varied and provides the opportunity to contribute to an exciting and successful charity.
We are looking for somebody who is highly professional and proactive, with excellent time management and IT skills, good written English and a natural attention to accuracy and detail. In order to apply you should either hold a finance qualification (such as CIMA or ACCA) or be part-qualified and undertaking a course of study in order to complete the qualification. You should have at least 3 years’ experience of finance work, preferably including sales ledger, payroll and VAT returns. You will be a proficient user of computerised accounts software, preferably Quickbooks Online.

Hours: 30 hours per week, times to be agreed
