Head of Education: Communications and Development, The Roche Court Educational Trust

Salary £30,000
Hours 40 hours per week
Interview Date Week commencing 3 December 2018

The Roche Court Educational Trust is a charity based at the New Art Centre, Roche Court Sculpture Park, near Salisbury in Wiltshire. We aim to build confidence and raise the aspirations of those we work with through Looking, Thinking and Speaking about Art. We have two programmes, one based at Roche Court, welcoming schools, universities and specialist groups to explore and discuss the sculptures and exhibitions at the New Art Centre with our dedicated Education team, and the other taking our work out nationally through ARTiculation, our public speaking project and prize.

Due to the success of our programmes, we are now seeking someone to take up a newly created post, Head of Education: Communications and Development, for our programme based at Roche Court. The Head of Education: Communications and Development will work alongside our Head of Learning, who delivers the education programme at Roche Court. A key role for this new post holder is to strategically develop, manage and implement the Trust communications and fundraising, to develop audiences and supporters and to manage the day to day activities of the Trust at Roche Court.
