Three years after their last joint exhibition, Sam Gingell, Sarah Harcus and Maggie Smith return to Harbour House with a new collection of work exploring personal approaches to shared subject matter. Interpretations 3 refers to the very different approaches they have developed.
This year they revisit Slapton Ley nature reserve with observations and preparatory studies through the seasons.
Sam paints in acrylics and watercolour inks, while Sarah has expanded her distinctive pastel painting style by working over a base of acrylic paint. Maggie shows printmaking, watercolour studies and large mixed media paintings.
