Rook Lane

Rook Lane is a unique space in the heart of Frome, housing a dynamic cross-pollination of art, architecture and ideas. Housed in an 18th century dissenters’ chapel, restored by NVB Architects in 2002, the space now serves as a performance venue, gallery and architecture studio. Rook Lane is managed by a small curatorial and coordination team who work closely with collaborator organisations to deliver a diverse year-long programme of arts, culture and creative education projects. In 2014, Rook Lane will be collaborating on a contemporary visual arts programme with Foreground, and working with Break 3 and Rook Lane Arts Trust to deliver creative education projects.
